Monitors policies/processes and achieves marketing strategy deliverablesLeads or assists with the creation of sales collateral and member engagement materials, such as sales tools, welcome kits, newsletters, member portal, fitness rewards program, birthday emails, member mailings, etc.Leads or assists with the development of digital and traditional outreach, communication, and engagement activitiesParticipate in, assist with, and/or manage ad hoc projects such as member focus groups, annual Go-To-Market planning, and sales trainingIdentify areas of member experience improvement by reviewing member materials across all product lines.Conduct competitor marketing analysis and provide suggestions for new opportunitiesWork in collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverableMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionCommunicate effectively verbally and in writing while demonstrating good grammar, spelling and punctuation skillsTravel to off-site meetings and partnership events primarily in NYC (5 boroughs) and occasionally including Long Island and lower Westchester (with own car preferred and/or occasionally with company car or service)Attend off-site meetings and partnership events during business hours and occasionally outside of core hours including weekendsSpreadsheet software (Excel preferred) skills to open and read reports, efficiently manage information, search/find, sort/filter, format, insert columns/rows/field, create additional worksheets/tabs and filterAdept at using the Internet to conduct queries and perform researchCreating presentations and importing data to create tables and graphs from other applications using PowerPoint preferredPreferred Qualifications:
Marketing experience in one or more of the following: partnership programs, campaigns, and brand engagement/activationHealthcare industry experience for example: insurance, pharmaceutical, hospital, medical supply, managed long-term care, nursing home, government or other healthcare agencyStrong attention to detail, planning and organizational skillsCapable of articulating conclusions and defending opinions in a persuasive manner when warranted with well-developed data-driven analysis that establishes trustAbility to prioritize and work efficiently and accurately while working with multiple deadlinesAbility to work in teams and build good working relationshipsExcellent presentation and communication skillsHighly motivated self-starter, results orientation and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal management oversightStrong analytical or research skills including the ability to create pivot tables in a spreadsheet.Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $77,900 - $112,540
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $68,900 - $102,510
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
