Report to: Senior Manager, Communications

Location: Tokyo

Job Description:

Develop and build relationship with celebrities/influencers for the brand activation in Japan.

Work with team to execute brand-driven events.

Job Responsibilities:

Influencer:

· Lead and execute local influencer activations in line with the global directive and local marketing strategy (including content creation, product seeding, and event casting)

· Create a roster of influencer/key talent (up and coming and well known) that would be the right brand fit for dressing opportunities, in store and event attendance opportunities

· Build and maintain relationships with the influencer/key talent

· Project recapping

· Local competitive analysis

Brand Events:

Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to lead and execute brand-driven eventsWork with talents/influencers to maximize social amplification driven from the eventProject recapping

Others:

Sample managementDaily clippingEditing and translating press releases and other PR materials

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (in communication or/and fashion or related discipline preferred)2+ years of Influencer marketing experience in a lifestyle/fashion context or worked at casting agencies, PR agency/attaché de press or fashion/retail PRStrong network with influencers, celebrities, and good partnership with talent/casting agenciesCollaborative and inclusive working style with all levels within an organizationFlexible mind and active to communicating peoplesBusiness level of English (reading/writing skills to communicate with US HQ)Great writing skill of JapaneseComputer Literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SNS/Social tools
