Complementary Distribution

Caterpillar complementary distribution is business line with purpose to deliver RETAIL diesel and gas gensets (recip) up to 200 kVA to USA market. Complementary distribution leverage on independent distribution network, working directly with customers and contractors to increase Caterpillar market participation in USA.

About Complementary Distribution - Marketing specialist  

We are currently searching for Complementary Distribution - Marketing specialist in Irving, Texas. This marketing professional will manage end to end Marketing initiatives, from online presence to organization of industrial fares. Complementary Distribution - Marketing specialist will report to Complementary Distribution - Commercial Director.

What You Will Do:

Cooperate with external contractors to create Complementary Distribution website.

Create and manage Complementary Distribution online presence (Linkedin and other social media).

Coordinate participation on industrial fares & conferences.

What You Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
 

Degree Requirement:

Bachelor degree in marketing or any business field of study is required.

MBA or any advanced education in Marketing will be considered advantage.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

2 + years Marketing experience.

Experience with Online marketing.

Experience with Power generation market will be considered advantage.

Additional Information:

This position is located in Irving, Texas.

Ability / willingness to travel up to 25 %.

Domestic relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
