Our client in Norfolk is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a contract position that will sit onsite in Norfolk VA. Pay will vary based on years of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelors plus 2-3 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent.

\t· SEO and SEM knowledge are a plus.

\t· Experience in the multifamily housing industry preferred.

\t· Excellent writing skills and the ability to verbally express ideas and opinions to individuals and groups.

\t· Experience identifying specific areas for change, efficiency, and innovation.

\t· Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Analytics and CRM system knowledge.

\t· Ability to enthusiastically function within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

\t· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-focused mentality and the desire to support, train, and partner with fellow associates.

Description

· Create, maintain, and publish digital marketing content by writing appealing descriptions and presenting images and photography in an appealing way.

\t· Work with vendors for timely and effective advertising creation of SEO, SEM, ILS’ and display campaigns.

\t· Audit lead and contact lists, segmentation & clean up.

\t· Achieve marketing performance efficiency through the optimization of content online and provide consistent documentation of findings and adjustments to the internal team.

\t· Claim, verify, and update online business listings with Google Business Places, Yelp, Facebook, ApartmentRatings, and others relating to social media and reputation management for each location.

\t· Audit and validate marketing costs for key campaigns, categories, and channels.

\t· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative execution is in alignment with marketing goals.

\t· Audit and maintain consistent and on-brand messaging for each community.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
