**Job Title** Senior Marketing Specialist **Job Description Summary** We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Sr. Marketing Specialist to support critical marketing and business development initiatives within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. This role plays a pivotal part in crafting compelling content, executing property marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility through both digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of CRE dynamics, visual storytelling, and content creation, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** **Marketing Strategy & Execution** + Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support business goals and high-profile property assignments. + Serve as a proactive liaison with C&W Services sales leadership to support marketing and business development efforts. + Collaborate with brokers, leadership, research, and design teams to deliver cohesive, targeted campaigns and proposals. + Use market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform content strategy and campaign development. **Pitch, Proposal & Property Marketing** + Lead or assist in the creation of marketing deliverables including offering memorandums (OMs), broker opinion of value (BOV) reports, pitch decks, brochures, and custom proposals. + Triage design workload to ensure high-priority properties receive appropriate resources. + Ensure brand consistency and creative quality from project inception to delivery. **Content Development & Digital Engagement** + Write and edit content for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and press releases. + Support content marketing strategies by developing compelling materials in Pardot or other digital marketing systems. + Track engagement metrics and adapt strategies to improve visibility, reach, and broker support. **Visual Content Creation & Design Leadership** + Serve as the primary design resource for the business, creating marketing materials such as program advertisements, brochures, infographics, white papers, process graphics, and trade show support. + Design graphics and templates using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). + Coordinate with vendors for photography, videography, and drone footage; edit and package content for digital and print use. **Website & Digital Presence Management** + Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure the cwservices.com website supports digital strategy goals. + Manage daily web content operations, ensuring quality, professionalism, and message consistency. + Develop and deploy approved content, refresh existing material, and coordinate front-end updates (e.g., articles, announcements). **Cross-functional Collaboration & Event Support** + Partner with internal teams including Research, Center of Excellence, and Production Design to develop timely, relevant marketing collateral. + Support special projects such as client events and internal meetings with creative and design support. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field. + 3–5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience; commercial real estate or professional services industry preferred. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). + Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to diverse audiences. + Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently with minimal supervision. + Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Pardot and website content management systems is a plus.
