Responsibilities:
Marketing Specialist is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market.Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives, pitch and proposal strategy and creative strategy as well as creating, designing and developing materials as needed.Coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners and others based on scope of services, client and level of expertise required for pursuitPartner with Marketing Manager and Research to develop relevant proactive marketing piecesUse local market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing strategyManage property marketing strategy and process for high-profile assignmentsWork with fee-earners and Marketing team to develop marketing packages for clients including brands, logos, brochures, marketing centers & eventsTrack and monitor the full deal cycle, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of transaction status, key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple assignments.Prepare and manage transaction documentation such as confidentiality agreements, contracts, and closing materials.Assist with additional operational tasks and special projects as needed to ensure the team runs efficiently and meets business objectives.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred4+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Marketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal, interest is a mustAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervisionStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to interface and communicate with internal clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsCushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
