Job Description Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support on the development and execution of research content and internal communications for the Tri-State. Daily responsibilities include creating, editing, designing, and developing material as needed. This position reports to the Marketing Manager for Internal Communications and is a part of the Tri-State Marketing team. This role will collaborate with the Regional Research team on content and data visualizations and is responsible for the execution of special research projects and reports. Excellent writing and proofreading abilities, as well as PowerPoint and InDesign skills, are crucial.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Regional Research organization to develop robust content that connects with our clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awarenessSupport with the execution of internal communications, including social media graphics, journal ads, event invitations and digital screen graphics, for Tri-State service lines and product typesProvide oversight and direction, ensure global standards are applied, and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activities.Responsibilities may include managing proactive marketing initiatives and creative strategy, as well as creating and developing materials as neededProvide support for the drafting, editing and/or distribution of research reports, internal communications and presentations, biographies, emails, social media posts, etc.Practice consistency, quality, and usage of best practices in all communicationsAssist with executing email campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams and to prioritize with tight deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing & Communications preferred1-2 years of marketing and/or professional writing experience preferredExceptional organizational skillsAbility to interface and communicate with internal clientsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional proofreading skills are a mustStrong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with Adobe InDesignMarketing and communications experience within Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal; interest is a mustAbility to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
