The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing business systems, transitions, and lead management initiatives for both internal and external audiences. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Director, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with corporate standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.Job Description
Responsibilities:Coordinate and assist with the execution of marketing business systems initiatives, lead management processes, campaigns, and transitions projects.Prepare, proofread, and edit marketing materials, proposals, case studies, email campaigns, invitations, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.Assist with vendor coordination, campaign kick-offs, and project meetings.Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, serving as a secondary contact for advertising partners and technology providers.Manage vendor requests, documentation, and database records.Track vendor deliverables, timelines, assisting with product updates.Support the creation, edit, and maintain content for websites, intranet, social media, announcements, and advertising.Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver marketing training materials.Support content development for campaigns and project initiatives.Document and update standard operating procedures for marketing platforms, business systems, and workflows.Coordinate technology updates and integrations with IT.Manage marketing-related data capture, entry, and database maintenance.Monitor project and campaign timelines, deliverables, and status updates, escalating potential risks or delays as needed.Compile and analyze performance metrics for campaigns, lead management processes, and vendors against KPIs.Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.Maintain organized files, reports, and tracking systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred3+ years marketing communications or related field, multifamily marketing preferredExperience creating and editing marketing materialsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with a Project Management Tool such as AsanaSuperior organizational skills; set priorities; meet deadlines; and carefully proofs own workAbility to work in a stressful, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at any given timeEnergetic, tenacious, dependable, proactive and takes initiative, takes pride in work, and works well within a collaborative teamCompetencies:Content Creation & Editing: Skilled in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.Brand Management: Strong understanding of corporate branding principles and ability to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting content for proposals, social media, press releases, and internal/external communications.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to proofreading and ensuring high-quality output for all marketing collateral and deliverables.Project Coordination: Experience in planning and supporting marketing projects with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
