Job summary
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing regional marketing activities
aligned with the APMEA marketing strategy for the India market, with limited exposure to SAARC.
This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who can combine creativity with strong
executional skills to deliver impactful, on-brand activities across digital, PR, events, and dealer
marketing. The role focuses on driving the MillerKnoll collective of brands presence in India
through localised campaign implementation, event support, and collaboration with dealer and
sales partners, while ensuring all initiatives are consistent with global brand standards and
regional objectives.
Specific responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Execution
• Under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager assist in the development and
implementation of the regional marketing plan, ensuring it aligns with the overall India
commercial strategy.
• Coordinate campaign rollouts, event activations, and PR activities in partnership with
dealers and sales teams.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and budget tracker, ensuring activities are on schedule
and within budget.
• Support development of marketing briefs and assist in task allocation for projects and
campaigns.
• Provide occasional support for SAARC activities as directed by the Senior Marketing
Manager.
Campaign & Event Support
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, aligning with regional
priorities and KPIs set by the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Provide support for regional events and ensure campaign deliverables meet project
timelines.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and local agency relationships.
• Liaise with creative partners to deliver campaign and event assets on time.
• Support on-site execution and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
Collaboration & Asset Management
• Work with colleagues in the APAC, MEA and Global Marketing teams to adapt and localise
global assets for the India market.
• Coordinate translation and adaptation of campaign and PR materials where needed.
• Collect and analyse activity metrics to assess effectiveness and report findings to the
Senior Marketing Manager.
Digital & Social Media Management
• Adapt and schedule content for MillerKnoll, Herman Miller, and Knoll channels in India.
• Review the global social media calendar and adjust relevant posts for the Indian market.
• Monitor engagement and performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to amplify digital campaigns through dealer and sales
channels.
Website & Lead Management
• Coordinate homepage updates for Indian regional sites.
• Assist with the allocation of inbound website leads to the Sales team through Salesforce.
• Collect and manage leads from marketing activities, ensuring they are properly reported
and tracked.
PR & Case Studies
• Identify and support regional PR opportunities in collaboration with the Senior Marketing
Manager.
• Coordinate with design media and partners for coverage of key projects and events.
• Assist with the development of case studies, including data collection and interviews as
needed.
Sales Support
• Provide basic support for ad hoc requests from the sales team and attend meetings to
understand how to best assist.
• Coordinate the distribution of campaign materials to dealers.
Budget Management
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in raising purchase orders (POs) and maintaining
accurate budget tracker records.
• Liaise with the local Finance team on reconciliation and reporting.
Job holder requirements
Education and experience
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years’ marketing experience, ideally within a global organisation.
• Exposure to 360-degree marketing campaigns that combine digital, PR, events, and
dealer-led activations.
• Fluent English – written and oral
Preferred:
• Experience within a premium design, luxury, or architectural brand environment.
• Familiarity with B2B or channel marketing within the design or architecture industry.
• Experience collaborating with dealers or distributors.
• Proficiency in local Indian languages or experience working across diverse regional
audiences.
• Experience using project-management tools such as Wrike.
Competences
Essential:
• Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to see the broader brand picture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics.
• Understanding of full marketing mix.
• Can organise own time and work activities.
Preferred:
• Strong Analytical skills – having the ability to deconstruct information into smaller
categories in order to draw conclusions.
• Has experience in using digital marketing tools, such as Pardot and SalesForce.
• Experience of B2B marketing and ideally channel marketing.
• Presentations to small or large groups, internal / external.
• Commercial acumen, understanding of sales environment, processes and channels.
• Understanding of the MillerKnoll collective and customer base.
