We are looking for a dynamic and forward‑thinking Sales & Marketing Lead, Immunology Austria to drive impactful and patient‑focused execution across Austria.

 

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Lead shapes and delivers the commercial strategy for our Immunology portfolio in Austria, translating EU‑level strategies into high‑impact local execution. You will lead both Key Account Management (KAM) and Marketing teams, ensuring omnichannel excellence, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and compliant, value‑driven delivery across the Austrian market. Your leadership will directly influence patient value, customer engagement, and brand performance in one of our most strategically important therapeutic areas.

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Immunology ALPS, cross functional team, and other key partners to ensure integrated cross‑functional planning and seamless execution. You will also engage externally with KOLs, HCPs, payers, and patient organizations to co‑create impactful solutions and build long‑term partnerships.

What will you do

Localize and implement EU Immunology strategies and annual brand plans for Austria.Build, lead and develop high-performing Marketing and KAM teams with a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous learning.Provide clear priorities, coaching and feedback.Own commercial planning including forecasting, target‑setting, resource allocation and KPI governance.Lead the Patient Value / Brand Plan and deliver differentiated value propositions.Oversee integrated omnichannel campaigns, content and events with clear metrics and ROI.Champion data‑driven decision‑making through funnel metrics, dashboards and closed‑loop measurement.

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

Several years of combined Sales & Marketing experience in pharma with proven leadership of KAM and Marketing teams.Strong track record of translating regional/EU strategies into local impact, ideally in Immunology or specialty care.Hands‑on expertise in omnichannel execution.Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo) and analytics tools (Power BI or similar).Strong business planning and data literacy.Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.Professional proficiency in German and English.Willingness to travel within Austria and the ALPS/EU region.
