The Member Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the intake, triage, prioritization, production, execution, and project management of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content marketing, print materials and microsite/landing page development. This role will own developing timelines, managing resources, and coordinating deliverables within Member Marketing functions to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations, this position requires: experience in marketing/creative traffic or project management; excellent communication skills; the ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors; the ability to interpret and clarify requirements within creative briefs; and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate must prioritize tasks, identify key deliverables, learn and recommend systems and processes to meet deadlines, and consistently exceed business goals and client expectations.
This is a full time, remote Member Marketing Project Manager.
What You'll Do
•Responsible for the intake, triage, prioritization, resource assignment, scheduling, budgeting, and project management of marketing projects and campaigns, such as email campaigns, content marketing, print collateral and microsite/landing page development
•Validate project requirements vs. team capabilities/priorities; provide marketing/creative guidance to internal clients to enable them to provide the inputs necessary for effective/efficient solutioning
•Use project management tools to outline and manage project tasks, key milestones, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
•Manage resources and resource allocation, including load shifts, to ensure efficient project execution in partnership with team leaders; identify and escalate resource gaps in a timely manner
•Lead marketing project team meetings and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
•Coordinate review and approval processes by internal stakeholders and clients; proof/QA deliverables to ensure alignment against site/client branding nuances and provided feedback
•Contribute to efficient workflows and blueprints across digital marketing platforms to streamline project management
•Manage monthly client billing process for marketing projects
•Oversee vendor contract and invoice management
•Support efforts to collect and analyze data on market conditions, competitors, and consumer trends
•Maintain understanding of brand standards, design, and production process
•Manage department's digital and communications channels
What You'll Bring
•3+ years of proven experience in marketing, creative or related role
•Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) desired
•Experience with project management tools, specifically Wrike, desired
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop timelines, manage resources, and coordinate deliverables
•Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and content management systems
•Ability to review creative briefs and other project inputs for completion, clarify creative project asks, and translate project needs between marketers and non-marketers
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to cultivate productive relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders
•Strong process management approach
•Eye for design and ability to manage creative projects according to brand guidelines
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
•Self-starter, team player with a can-do attitude who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a collaborative work environment

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
