Marketing Planning Strategist (Hybrid)

This position is the primary liaison between Merchandising and Marketing, and is responsible for managing the tracking and communicating all Marketing activities for assigned businesses. The associate must also maintain merchant calendars and events to meet marketing requirements and all related deadlines. This role must be creative in recommending new and innovative ideas, and works closely with the, Creative Team, Merchandising Teams, Digital Marketing teams, and Sales Promotion Management Team, Directors of eCommerce to create impactful marketing strategies.

Essential Functions:

Lead the marketing efforts for the assigned business groups.Collaborate with GMM/DMMs on marketing allocations, print & digital marketing strategies to drive business results & maximize key priorities.Identify media/marketing opportunities utilizing competitive analysis, trending media types, and lessons learned internally and externally.Partner with the marketing teams in print & digital to create efficient processes, lines of communication & strategize business needs.Coordinate on a weekly/monthly basis with the DMM’s on marketing initiatives & add support as needed (events, gifts, marketing, etc.).Lead weekly marketing touchbases with assigned business groups to update on any upcoming priorities or changes.Create calendars for assigned businesses & establish processes that improve efficiencies.Be the lead representative for the assigned business groups at marketing previews ensuring all materials are complete & submitted on a timely basis. Insure recaps due to marketing(LTO’s/offers, daily deals etc..) are gathered and submitted as well.Manage marketing portion of the soft proof and hard proof process for the assigned business groups.Gather marketing results and analyze to make future recommendations for marketing and assigned businesses.Run adhoc reporting as needed to support the sales promotion team.Key liaison for all marketing for the assigned business groups.Requires designated hybrid in-office work schedule


Education:

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience

Work Experience:

1-3 years of marketing and advertising experience requiredERAM experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of total marketingThinks conceptually and strategicallyIs highly organized and able to multitaskBuilds and maintains productive cross-functional relationshipsPrioritizes and manages workload and processes to meet company objectivesCrafts targeted and effective verbal and written communicationsAdapts to shifting circumstances in a business environment
 

Pay Range

$60,800 - $89,200

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
