The Project Manager for Material Review in Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing the management of Advertising & Promotional materials within the U.S. Commercial Material Review Process (MRP). This role involves facilitating the review and approval process across cross-functional teams including Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and others.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate cross-functional team review and approval of advertising materials, promotional training materials, and promotional labeling materials.Manage cross-functional team members and advertising agencies.Maintain open communication regarding material status with team members and agencies.Provide tactical support and oversee project timelines for materials through the MRP.Offer consulting and training support to team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within the MRP.Ensure timely review of all promotional and non-promotional materials by U.S. Commercial, Medical, Regulatory reviewers, and other key stakeholders.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in Project Management.Understanding of Veeva or review systems.Experience with print and digital materials.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication, or related field.Understanding of the MLR process and associated policies and systems.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and prior experience in marketing, communication, or advertising agency.Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheets, and ability to learn other software tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.Ability to forecast, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Experienced in identifying, applying, and socializing lessons learned.Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and comply with business needs, policies, and guidelines.Capable of making informed, data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.Competent in data, analytics, and measurement.Work EnvironmentThe location is to be determined. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
