Our client, a leader in the food service industry, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager – ABM to join their team. As a Marketing Operations Manager – ABM, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the ABM & Lead Management team. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Marketing Operations Manager – ABM
**Location: Hoboken, NJ**
**Pay Range: $35 to $47 p/h w2**
**Duration: 12 month contract**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the strategy, operating model, and performance governance for account-based marketing and lead management initiatives.
+ Design and implement plays, handoffs, SLAs, and measurement frameworks connecting insights to actions such as samples, pilots, and rollouts.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales, Culinary, Marketing, and Data/Tech teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
+ Build and optimize process workflows, including lead routing, event workflows, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
+ Define KPIs, develop dashboards, and generate data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5+ years of experience in B2B growth, ABM, demand generation, or marketing operations with proven program ownership.
+ Experience designing ABM plays and lead lifecycle strategies that improve pilot/rollout success and reduce costs.
+ Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
+ Working knowledge of Salesforce funnel reporting, lead-to-account concepts, and attribution models.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
