This role focuses on how marketing programs are operationalized and delivered to members across print, in-club, and digital channels. What You’ll Do + Support Smart Saver and promotional personalization testing + Maintain and organize Excel-based data related to audiences and distribution + Assist with coordination across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and vendors + Support promotional setup and data accuracy for member-facing channels + Participate in testing readouts and performance discussions + Support a defined summer project aligned to team priorities What We’re Looking For + Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field + Strong Excel and organizational skills + Interest in marketing operations, channel strategy, or personalization + Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn + Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred + Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
