Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Service Results
Own marketing performance for your assigned dealerships, ensuring every initiative supports vehicle sales and service appointment volume.Leverage PowerBI and performance reporting daily to guide priorities and optimize results.Dealer Relationships & Strategy
Act as the primary marketing partner to GMs, GSMs, Service Managers, and VPs.Lead regular strategy check-ins, provide performance insights, and proactively bring forward campaign ideas and recommendations.Support private sales, mega sales, and major campaigns with thoughtful planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.Campaign Leadership
Plan and execute monthly dealership campaigns, private sales, and group-wide initiatives.Ensure creative, messaging, targeting, incentives, and execution align with Go Auto standards and brand guidelines.Coordinate OEM incentive changeovers and ensure all digital channels are updated accurately and on time.Data, Reporting & Optimization
Lead deep-dive performance analysis as needed.Leverage tools like Agency Analytics reports, PowerBI, & CRM data to create monthly performance summaries with clear recommendations.Monitor and evaluate third-party tools and vendors to ensure ROI and data accuracy.OEM & Co-op Management
Manage co-op strategy and spend, ensuring budgets are optimized and aligned with OEM requirements.Maintain strong OEM relationships, stay current on program changes, and ensure scorecard requirements are met.Support annual dealership marketing planning and quarterly progress reviews.Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and develop your Marketing Coordinator with the goal of building future Marketing Managers.Delegate effectively, set clear priorities, and provide quality control on all work for your stores.Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
What You Bring
Automotive or Multi-Location Marketing Experience: Experience managing marketing for multiple business units, locations, or accounts (automotive experience is ideal).Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using performance data to guide decisions and prioritize high-impact work.Strong Relationship Skills: Confident working directly with senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor.Leadership & Mentorship: Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.Organization & Prioritization: Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple dealerships.Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal.Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Greater Vancouver market and customer landscape.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with reporting tools, Excel, digital platforms (Google, Meta), CRMs, email marketing tools, SMS tools, wordpess & other website platformsReady to Learn: Go Auto uses several unique tools that Marketing Managers will need to learn & master quickly, including our own CRM, custom built website platform, data exporting tool and more!Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, etc.) are a bonus.
