Job Description
Our System Power (STP) is looking for a talented Marketing specialist graduate in business administration, marketing, or engineering to join our team as a Marketing Manager in Renesas Plano office. Our CAD (Controller and Driver) team is part of the STP team, and works on developing controller and FET driver ICs for 48V down-conversions, such as 48V-to-12V IBC. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sr. Manager who is in charge of CAD business. This role requires strategic planning, cross‑functional leadership, customer engagement, and strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and execute market strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Market Strategies, including managing existing product portfolio, contributing to the roadmap and providing marketing input during new product developments.Identify growth opportunities using market trend analysis and competitive researchMaintain deep understanding of customer needs and communicate them internally, not only in new product development team level but also in reviews with Senior Leadership teamCreate and implement regional go‑to‑market plans to help product promotion, increase market share and revenue.Handle internal meetings such as opportunity management review, Design-in tracking review, forecast management, future business projection, etc.Work with other teams on regional trainings and product highlights, actively steering the feedback between Distributor/Sales/FAE and product definersWork with digital marketing team on Renesas.com promotionsCross‑Functional LeadershipPartner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution.Lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth and customer satisfactionBuild a strong marketing teamQualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Electrical Engineering preferredProven success in market management or regional business management in Server/AI Datacenter applicationsExperience of VINAbility to consolidate market needs and develop an action plan and follow up on itFlexibility to support varying tasks that unlocks faster sales cycles, improved efficiency, revenue growth and Customer user experienceAbility to create regular reports and present/share with internal stakeholders and distribution/salesTravel required to stay up to date with market needs & follow-up on marketing initiatives through close engagement and frequent on-site meetingsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Innovative, problem-solving approach, open and good communicator.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
