 Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities  
•    Develop and execute Integrated Strategic Plan and tactical plan for BIMZELX, including new indication and lifecycle management.
•    Translate global commercial strategies into localized action plans tailored to the Japanese
market.
•    Execute ISP (Mid-long term plan) and tactical plan by collaborating with relevant divisions such as Global team, Medical team, Supply team, Finance team and Sales team 
•    Negotiate with business partner to maximize patient value and impact for BIMZELX
•    Explore innovation to maximize patient value and impact
•    Conduct strategic marketing activities including market and competitive research and product positioning.
•    Lead and manage all operation regarding BIMZELX PsO/PsA
•    Control budget and expense
•    Create and execute training plan for MR and Digital MR

Education Level  :   Bachelor's Degree
