Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Tracking and managing B&BS category financial performance;Monthly analysis of B&BS category performance translated into actionable insights;Development and deployment of mid and long-terms category and brands development strategies;Annual activity calendars development and execution;Portfolio management including NPDs, PPA solution, Bakery seasonal portfolio;NPDs launched including full scale support;Building an efficient collaboration with external partners (agencies) and internal functions (CP&A, sales, PCM, central team, CI etc);People management including working process, development plans creation, evaluation and quality feedback process.What you will bring

Higher education, experience in marketing 7 years +E2E process understanding, brand management, project management, portfolio management, people management, financial management, data analysis, consumer research experience, experience of working with media, BTL, PR, research agenciesEnglish language – fluentKnowledge of main PC programs (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)Work schedule: hybrid - 3 days/week in the office
