Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the firm's marketing, communications, and business development initiatives. This position demands a minimum of five years of professional marketing experience, ideally within the professional services sector, along with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline. The individual will oversee comprehensive marketing functions, manage internal and external communications, support business development efforts, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all platforms. Additionally, the position includes managing departmental workflow and facilitating weekly marketing team meetings.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, coordination, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards.Maintain and update all marketing collateral, including resumes, project profiles, descriptive narratives, project information, and photography/video assets.Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring messaging aligns with the firm’s brand identity, and support the development and distribution of promotional materials.Manage cloud-based marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, digital asset management, company websites, SEO initiatives, digital publishing platforms, client satisfaction survey tools, and employee social media request systems.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and professional partners, managing vendor services such as photography, videography, website development, CRM support, and digital asset management resources.Coordinate public relations initiatives, award submissions, and social media strategy in alignment with firm-wide marketing goals.Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to plan, support, and execute company events and employee engagement initiatives.Enhance visibility and participation within relevant professional organizations through strategic involvement and outreach.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Architecture, or related field.Minimum of five years of experience in marketing for professional services, preferably within an architecture firm.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, workflows, and project teams.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Adobe Suite.Experience in marketing campaign management and social media strategy.Administrative support skills.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southfield, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr.
