This role will unify strategy, branding, portfolio planning, and customer engagement across our growing Structural Heart franchises, creating stronger cohesion and a shared direction for CS, TAVI, SI, and TMT.
Responsibilities: Strengthen strategic alignment across all franchisesFocus on measurable commercial and clinical impactContinuously track and quantify market size and opportunity Advance customer and account segmentation strategy and executionDrive cross‑functional coordination across forecasting, regulatory, and reimbursementParticipate in the development of annual sales volume forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets. Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.Prepare and manage the marketing and education expenditure budget, working within the budget and report on major variances.Plan and deliver educational programs to meet the needs of customers. This may include the preparation and delivery of device and field certification programs.In conjunction with sales, education and training and relevant departments participate in product training to sales and operations teams as required
Supervisory/Management ResponsibilitiesManagement responsibility for a growing team of 4.
Minimum EducationTertiary qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or equivalentMBA degree preferred but not necessaryMinimum Experience and Skills5 years minimum medical device sales and marketing experiencePrior proven experience in structural heart devices highly regardedDirect market sales experience preferredPrevious leadership experience in marketing or sales preferred
