This role owns U.S. marketing efforts end to end, with an initial focus on brand awareness, market education, and lead generation to support sales growth.The Marketing Lead will operate as a hands-on generalist, working closely with U.S. sales leadership and collaborating with headquarters marketing to localize messaging, leverage global assets, and build visibility in a competitive industrial automation market. This is an ideal role for a marketer who thrives in early-stage, build-from-scratch environments and is comfortable operating independently with broad responsibility.
Responsibilities:Establish and execute the U.S. marketing strategy to build brand awareness and market presenceTranslate complex robotics and automation capabilities into clear, compelling customer messagingOwn and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, and analyticsDevelop and execute content strategies (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos) to support market education and sales enablementBuild and manage LinkedIn and social media presence focused on awareness and engagementIdentify, recommend, and support industry trade shows and events, including messaging and coordination with salesPartner closely with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, and customer outreachConduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and go-to-market decisionsCollaborate with headquarters marketing to align U.S. efforts with global branding and initiativesTrack performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, within robotics, automationProven experience launching or scaling marketing efforts in new or developing marketsStrong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and lead generationAbility to translate technical products into market-facing value propositionsComfortable supporting long sales cycles and technical buying audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving organization Preferred / Nice to Have:Familiarity with trade shows, industry events, and B2B field marketingExperience working with global or international teamsData-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics toolsWillingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or internal meetings Benefits and Perks:Competitive base salary with flexibility for top talentMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) programPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunity to shape and grow the U.S. marketing function from the ground upHigh autonomy and direct impact on company growthYour New Organization:You will join the U.S. team of a well-established global robotics manufacturer that is expanding its footprint in North America.
