This role is pivotal in driving growth, maximizing ROI, and ensuring alignment with global branding and positioning strategies. **Responsibilities** + You lead and develop a team of marketing professionals across the region. + You develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy. + You analyze market and business trends to identify opportunities and drive growth. + You collect and interpret customer data and market research to inform product positioning. + You act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to global business units. + You oversee local branding, marketing communications, and new product launches. + You manage demand planning and inventory for marketing initiatives. + You develop and implement Continuing Education (CE) programs and Academy strategy. + You act as the liaison for the Regional hub with SBUs, KOLs, Professional Organizations and Universities.
