The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and is a natural problem solver adept at diagnosing challenges and ideating on and implementing solutions. **What You'll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Foster a solutions-oriented and collaborative team culture. + Champion continual improvement of work product among employees. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively to support the efficiency and functionality of the team. + Build meaningful relationships with partners, working collaboratively to optimize team operations. + Coordinate and manage the team’s activities, including balancing workload among team members. May be required to support team member workload. + Prepare marketing reports for management using data available via the team’s project management system, Airtable. + Stay up to date on the capital markets business and relevant marketing strategies. + Conduct conversations with partners and team members with discretion and diplomacy. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems. + Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to employees and partners. Ability to optimally present information. + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, required. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Marketing Manager role is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Manager role is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
