Marketing Manager, IN Private Brands

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for the Private Label business in India. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement & lifecycle management, building brands, improving their discoverability, drive performance marketing, launch & build new products and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing campaigns. It’s a role that combines data generated insights and understanding customers to ensure we deliver the best experience for our customers.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Private Brands across India marketplace
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with category teams, merchandising, agencies, sourcing and business intelligence to maximize all traffic levers
• Define and track key performance metrics ( traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, Brand Health, New Launch success metrics, Performance marketing metrics etc.) and deliver against ambitious targets and situations
• Detailed data analysis to understand improvements in traffic, improve ROI and ensure we maximize every lever in driving traffic to our brands.
• Strategize multiple AMS campaigns through data drive approaches and insights.
• Bar Raising the entire product customer experience through detail page features, packaging and customer experience improvement across all touch points
• Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
• Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation
