Come to build the future with us! We are building a Cross Border E-commerce (CBEC) pioneer Program in LatAm to enable local Sellers to increase sales and reach new customers around the globe.
The Amazon Global Selling (AGS) Marketing team is in charge of driving awareness of selling globally and engaging potential Sellers through multiple channels to promote selling on Amazon. Our mission is to help Sellers understand the potential this program can bring to their business.
We are looking for a results-oriented marketer who wants to think strategically about new customer acquisition and grow successful International Sellers through innovative and creative marketing solutions. You will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across channels and being ultimately accountable for new Seller recruitment growing successful Seller registrations across LatAm.
This role is responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end Marketing Strategy for Amazon Global Selling (AGS) across Latin America, focusing on attracting and engaging new Sellers in Brazil, Mexico, and other key markets. The position requires a strategic thinker who can drive Seller segment penetration, plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, and lead brand-building initiatives that clearly communicate AGS's value proposition. The ideal candidate will own the Go-To-Market plan, manage a yearly budget, and work closely with various teams including Program Managers, Sales, and Domestic Marketing experts.
This fast-paced role demands strong prioritization and communication skills, as well as the ability to think big, adapt to change, and navigate ambiguity while effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and drive the end-to-end Marketing Strategy to attract and engage LatAm Sellers.
* Drive domestic Sellers penetration.
* Plan and execute Marketing Campaigns to build awareness and excitement in LatAm to increase Seller recruitment in direct and indirect channels.
* Identify target customers (Domestic Sellers and External audiences).
* Lead Amazon Global Selling brand building strategies across all channels to ensure delivering a clear value proposition to key segments (Communications, Key Messages, Assets and Content).
* Work with Public Relations and external stakeholders to raise Program awareness.
* Manage a yearly budget to achieve quality Leads and Registrations.
* Own Monthly business reviews.
* Build reporting and tracking mechanisms to optimize campaigns and results.
* Explore and implement AI tools and other processes to streamline internal marketing efforts and improve operational efficiency.
* Proactively identify new marketing levers to test and increase conversion rates ( Traffic to Registration, Leads to Opportunities, Leads to Registrations, Registrations to Ready to Launch).
* Build strategic partnerships and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders (commercial, program management, legal, PR, PP, agencies, other marketing teams, etc.).

Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ year of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Speak, write and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
