Daikin Applied is seeking a Marketing Manager, Data Center Equipment and Solutions who will drive strategic marketing initiatives to position our data center equipment and solutions portfolio for success in a competitive marketplace. Acting as the central marketing liaison, this role aligns efforts across sister companies to deliver a unified value proposition, integrating complementary technologies into all go-to-market strategies. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to define product positioning, execute launches, and ensure clear competitive differentiation. By connecting product messaging to customer needs, this role develops and oversees marketing programs that equip sales teams with compelling tools and resources to win in the market. What you will do:
Lead go to market plans for new and existing equipmentDefine and refine product and solutions positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation in the data center market and alignment with customer needsPlan and execute product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, Engineering, National Accounts, and the Data Center Business Unit, delivering timely and impactful marketing assetsAct as the primary marketing liaison across sister companies, ensuring joint value propositions and complementary technologies are integrated into all go-to-market strategiesSupport lifecycle marketing initiatives from new product introduction (NPI) through end-of-life (EOL), providing insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmapsDevelop compelling marketing collateral and digital assets—including presentations, brochures, and videos—to enable sales teams and enhance customer engagementManage relationships with external agency partners to ensure high-quality creative execution, timely delivery, and alignment with brand and business objectivesEquip sales teams with training and tools that improve product knowledge and selling effectivenessManage content for digital channels such as websites, email campaigns, and social media to drive awareness and demandTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and ROIWhat’s in it for you:

Bachelor’s Degree in liberal arts, journalism, communications or marketing8 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and product launches. Preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectorKnowledge of HVAC, data center technologies or related B2B equipment marketsAbility to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messagingExcellent strategic thinking and project management skills for complex launches and campaignsSkilled in content development for collateral, presentations, and digital assetsStrong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize marketing programsExceptional communication and presentation abilities for internal and external audiencesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and external partnersWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
