Key job responsibilities We are looking for an experienced candidate to develop integrated marketing campaign strategies for B2B business. We seek a marketing professional to enhance the post-registration customer experience for Amazon Business clients. This role focuses on customer engagement through digital marketing channels, including online platforms and email communications. The position involves developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and usage of Amazon Business services. You will work with global teams to execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, analyze customer behavior patterns, and implement programs to increase customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be results oriented and also have the ability to innovate and design processes to engage with our business customers. You will be expected to solve complex problems in an ambiguous and dynamic environment to make history in the international organization.
