As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you’ll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations. **Main responsibilities:** + General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations + Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities + Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors + Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items + Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination + Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date + Creation of new vendors/HCO/HCP + Managing event invoices and contracts/MOUs + Submission of payments for events and sponsorship activities + Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system + Support sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for flu _About you_ + Bachelor degree in relevant fields + Good attitude and communication skills _Why choose us?_ + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
