Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This position is responsible for supporting Staff Communications team in document administrative tasks and other event organizing tasks. Main duties are included but not limited to:
Supporting team in translating media releases, internal and external news reports, articles, memos, news and other necessary documentSearching and mentoring relevant information of market including GDP, CPI, and other indexSupporting the Communications Manager with collecting information, data, following up with relevant stakeholders for needed inputsProducing and drafting presentations, word docs and excel sheets on requested content, including graphic designingSupporting with internal and external events organizing work, which includes working with vendors and relevant stakeholders, booking, arranging meetings, calls, logistics arrangementsOther duties as assignedQualifications for the role (Mandatory)Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in Communication/Marketing/Journalism or related majorsGood English translating & speaking skillsPhoto-shooting skill is a plusAble to take initiatives, and willingness to grow in the organization
