Our client, a leading organization in the tool manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration, and a proactive mindset to drive impactful marketing decisions and growth.
**Job Title:** Marketing Intelligence Analyst
**Location:** Atlanta, GA
**Pay Range: $45-$55/hourly**
**Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
**What's the Job?**
+ Design, develop, and maintain marketing dashboards using Power BI to deliver real-time insights on campaigns, audiences, content, and communication channels.
+ Analyze historical and current marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers influencing campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
+ Create and apply predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes, optimize channel strategies, and support data-driven marketing planning.
+ Support AI-driven marketing initiatives, including persona enrichment, experimentation, and performance testing to enhance campaign precision and impact.
+ Translate complex datasets and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership and teams to inform strategic decisions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis supporting marketing teams or reporting on marketing performance.
+ Proficiency with Power BI, including report building, data modeling, and DAX functions.
+ Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and transformation.
+ Experience working with marketing data sources such as campaign, channel, audience, or engagement data.
