How will you make an impact in this role?

As the Marketing Executive of American Express International Card Services - Commercial in Hong Kong, the candidate will support Product and Marketing Manager to manage Asia commercial business in product & marketing, project development, control and governance as well as administrative tasks. The key responsibilities of the role include:

Drive operational efficiency by executing administrative workflows, managing payment processes, and proactively identifying and resolving project bottlenecks.Execute routine digital and marketing activities across managed markets, including website content optimization, campaign support, and the delivery of performance reports.Facilitate the end-to-end approvals process by securing formal sign-offs from departmental stakeholders, ensuring all marketing initiatives strictly adhere to corporate and regulatory standards.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to streamline the production, localization, and distribution of updated marketing materials and digital assets.Provide project documentation and logs, tracking milestones to provide management with real-time project progress visibility and risk assessments.

 

Qualifications:

University graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplinesMinimum of 2 years of experience in digital or product marketing, working experience in financial services industry or marketing agencies is preferredHands-on experience on Excel (lookup formulas, pivot table), crafting excel graphs and reportsBasic knowledge in digital marketing (Search, Display, Social) is preferred but not a mustKnowledge of Adobe Analytics, Power BI is preferred but not a mustLanguage proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must, Mandarin is a plusAble to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressureA collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively
