Marketing Event Planning Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh McLennan as an Event Planning Coordinator. This role will be based on a hybrid work model with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote, working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This position provides daily project management support local marketing demand generation programs impacting revenue growth. Coordinate events including webinars and client activities. Collaborate with Field Marketing leaders and practice marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily project management support for marketing programs.Coordinate and support events with focus on quality delivery.Manage task prioritization with Field Marketing leaders.Assist in preparing marketing materials and communications.Monitor and report event performance metrics.

Key Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to learn project/event management tools (Wrike, Cvent, Smartsheet).Skilled in Excel data analysis (pivot tables, formulas) and learning Power BI.

Key Personal Skills:

Strong multitasking and prioritization.Highly organized with attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication.Energetic, proactive, and collaborative.

Qualifications:

Experience in event coordination and marketing project support, preferably B2B or professional services.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.Familiarity with webinar platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.Advanced English fluency (C2).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
