The PositionAs a Marketing Enabler, your mission is to work with the DA cross-functional team (POD) through value creation with delivering meaningful benefits – to patients, the business, or to external stakeholders and health systems. Value can be added in various ways e.g. through product innovation, treatment pathway design, a new patient service, technologies/capabilities that improve operational efficiency, global knowledge sharing or external collaboration.
What you bring:
Develop specific marketing strategies and promotional plans ensuring alignment with the overarching Disease Area (DA) strategy defined by the Integrated Strategy Lead (ISL) and working cross-functionally with POD Aligning and collaborating with broader networks, providing marketing-specific input and support to global networks and other affiliates, and ensuring collaboration to identify new marketing-related opportunities, initiatives, and solutions to drive value for the patients.
Apply deep marketing expertise and patient journey insights supporting and enabling the PJPs in implementing successful projects for the ecosystem in line with Roche Code of Conduct and principles
Provide marketing insights by conducting market research, analyzing patient flow, and comparing projected vs. actual performance.
Develop and maintain customer personas for each customer segment, and conduct segmentation analysis to tailor promotional strategies.
Manage the promotional aspect, including crafting tailored product messaging for each customer persona and segmentation.
Maintain a strong connection with the Digital Enabler, acting as a liaison and connector between the squad and the finance team for supply chain matters. This includes ensuring the supply chain understands the forecasting, patient flow, and required packs for specific therapeutic areas in collaboration with the Brand Value Partner (BVP)/ OPEX monitoring
Interpret and translate scientific data into commercial implications, analyze data and make strategic recommendations. You will provide marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches, monitor budget and expenditures
Prepare and update the training materials and provide internal education and training programs to the customer engagement teams and to other enabler roles in the affiliate when necessary
Act as marketing expert for generating mar-com strategies working together with the communication department.
Act as marketing expert ensuring continuous sales and logistics forecasting working closely with PJPs and Finance team.
Who you are:
You hold bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Medical related field
You bring 3+ Years of proven marketing experience in marketing/product management or digital marketing is highly desirable within the pharma industry
You have knowledge of pharma industry, life cycle management, and pharma marketing processes
You are able to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders
You possess digital literacy, good overview of digital solutions on the market supporting patients
You possess strong entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding partnering capabilities (coaching, consulting, ability to deeply listen, question and understand)
You demonstrate Growth mindset, able to learn and unlearn quickly, take risks and experiment, and contribute to the learning cycle by sharing knowledge with others inside and outside Roche
