A DAY IN THE LIFE

Partner with Operations Leadership to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business unitsOversee marketing activities for construction projects in progressIndependently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materialsIndependently perform focused industry researchCollect and update project profiles and team member resume contentPartner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plansManage database of prospects and customers for communication targetingPlan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttingsInterface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateralEffectively present information to Business Unit leadershipCoordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field from four-year college or university5+ years related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics – A/E/C industry experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeProficient writing and editing skillsExcellent organization and project management skillsAbility to manage budgets
