Exercises independent judgment with close supervision and mentorship. Drives tasks that are part of the larger pursuit effort, partnering with technical leadership, subconsultants, and the pursuit manager. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **Key Responsibilities** + Develops and maintains marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing list, etc.). + Provide support for marketing efforts, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and government forms. + With direction, completes government forms and assembles qualifications packages of existing marketing materials. + May draft general proposal sections and supporting graphics. + Assists with other duties as assigned. **Typical Abilities and Attainments** + Has desire to improve skills and knowledge and move into a position of greater responsibility within the organization. + Possesses detailed awareness of firm’s marketing program and technical capabilities. + Demonstrates knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style. + Has excellent knowledge of word processing and working knowledge of desktop publishing and other computer programs. + Has excellent communication skills and is detail-oriented and highly organized. + Has abilities in graphic design to support creation of proposal infographics and supporting imagery. + Works well with all types of people under deadline situations. + Assumes complete responsibility for assigned tasks when given appropriate direction. + Is resourceful and able to contribute both in concept and in implementation to marketing program effectiveness. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred. + Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. + Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential. + Must be proficient using MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat). **Additional Information** TYLin’s Philippine Branch was founded in Manila in 2021.
