Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, managing projects, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing strategies.

Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channelsSupport the organization and management of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsCollaborate with team members to create and distribute engaging content for email marketing and social media campaignsManage and update the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messagingCoordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and collateralTrack and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metricsAssist in the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and project timelinesSupport the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assetsContribute to the management of the company's website content and blogAssist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategiesMaintain organized records of marketing activities, expenses, and results

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing roleAt least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office environmentProven experience in trade show and event planningDemonstrated proficiency in email marketing and social media campaign managementStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsFamiliarity with content management systems (CMS)Ability to manage and track marketing expenses effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative team player with a customer-focused mindsetGoal-oriented approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability and willingness to learn new marketing techniques and technologies
