With locations across Texas and Oklahoma City, Titan Factory Direct supports a high-performing sales team through strong marketing, organization, and operational excellence.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Titan Factory Direct's sales and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position blends digital marketing, social media, AI-assisted website updates, administrative coordination, and brand support to equip our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.\nThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a highly organized individual who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern AI tools and multiple departments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIncludes but is not limited to:\nMarketing & Digital Support\n\n\nWrite and publish blog content to support SEO and marketing initiatives\n\n\nCompile, organize, and distribute approved marketing materials to company email groups for sales team use\n\n\nAssist with website updates, photo updates, and content revisions using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini\n\n\nCoordinate and organize new photo shoots for homes, communities, and sales locations\n\n\nManage and organize digital files in CRM\n\n\nSocial Media Analytics, Strategy & Content Testing\n\n\nManage and schedule social media content across company platforms\n\n\nTrack and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions\n\n\nUse analytics insights to develop and adjust social media strategy across platforms\n\n\nTest new content ideas, formats, captions, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance\n\n\nIdentify trends and opportunities, and proactively recommend new ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation\n\n\nCollaborate closely with the videographer to plan, coordinate, and execute video content aligned with marketing goals\n\n\nAssist with content planning, shot lists, and creative direction for social and website use\n\n\nReport performance insights and recommendations to management as needed\n\n\nReputation & Review Management\n\n\nCompile customer testimonials and success stories for marketing use\n\n\nMonitor online reviews and manage the overall review reputation\n\n\nIdentify and escalate negative reviews to upper management promptly for resolution\n\n\nAdministrative, Office, and Team Operations\n\n\nMaintain office organization, restocking supplies, and general office upkeep\n\n\nOrder and track marketing print materials, awards, signage, and branded items\n\n\nCoordinate Titan apparel for new hires, including ordering rookie Titan polos\n\n\nOrder FedEx materials and manage outgoing mail and shipments\n\n\nAssist with general office duties as needed\n\n\nAttend company events, sales meetings, promotions, and community activities as needed to assist with taking photos, presenting, etc.\n\n\nFinance & Vendor Coordination\n\n\nCollect, organize, and submit marketing-related invoices to upper management\n\n\nTrack marketing expenses and assist with vendor communication as needed\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\n\n\nExperience with social media management and content creation\n\n\nBasic understanding of graphic design using tools like Canva\n\n\nBasic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital content\n\n\nComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for content and workflow support\n\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n\nAttention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\n\nSelf-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced environment\n\n\nExperience with administrative or office coordination tasks is a plus\n\n\nExperience in the housing industry is a plus\n\n\n\n \nBenefits\n\n\nFull-time, stable schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)\n\n\nCompetitive pay based on experience\n\n\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n\n\n401(k) with company match\n\n\nPaid time off and holidays\n\n\nOpportunity to grow within a well-established, expanding company\n\n\n\nWhy Join Titan Factory Direct\nThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting a high-performing sales organization.
