Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Senior Manager in the coordination and planning of campaign materials. This role involves assisting in the development of creative direction for marketing materials and coordinating with various teams to ensure streamlined launches and effective communication. Responsibilities + Support the Senior Manager in coordinating and planning all priced campaign materials. + Assist with developing creative direction for priced materials. + Coordinate with print production and cross-functional teams on signage variations needed by concept type. + Support the development of marketing materials related to culinary tests, ensuring an understanding of the entire system footprint for streamlined launches. + Assist with writing creative direction and provide operational support with POP questions or other test-related inquiries. + Coordinate and track needs for ending tests. + Assist in the development of marketing materials related to culinary variances. + Coordinate cross-functional reviewing and routing of in-cafe materials, ensuring timely turnaround and consolidating feedback. + Follow up with cross-functional teams to clarify feedback or answer questions. Essential Skills + Project management and marketing campaign experience. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to remain calm under pressure. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects with well-developed prioritization skills. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. Qualifications + College degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field. + 3 years of related work experience, including print production, project management in a marketing department, or marketing coordination in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with multiple print manufacturers and printing equipment. + Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong initiative and a positive attitude. + Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office. + Experience with print management or inventory management software systems. + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze data, and present findings. + Flexible and creative in dealing with change. Work Environment The position requires working three days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) for 8 hours each day, with half days on Thursdays and Fridays, totaling approximately 32 hours per week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
