**What You Will Do:**
+ Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product owners and business analysts, providing clear direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
+ Set clear objectives, monitor team and product KPIs, and ensure accountability for results.
+ Own the delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring planned initiatives are executed and sequenced effectively to meet business and strategic objectives.
+ Partner closely with the Program Manager to align timelines and prioritization while balancing business needs, engineering inputs, and the broader Content Supply Chain strategy.
+ Adopt a customer centric approach by gathering and analyzing user feedback, usage data, and industry trends to guide product decisions aimed to enhance user experience.
+ Work with engineering leadership to define and coordinate resource needs, identifying gaps and facilitating the support required to ensure teams are properly resourced.
+ Track product spend and partner with the Purchasing team on product specific implementation efforts.
+ Lead product specific initiatives related to any future application searches or onboardings required to support the Content Supply Chain.
+ Oversee the application configuration strategy, onboarding, and governance to support Caterpillar’s Content Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with business needs.
+ Serve as the strategic liaison among business stakeholders, engineering teams, and supplier partners to advocate for enhancements and improved user functionality that align with enterprise standards.
+ Present to stakeholders and leadership on product specific updates and enhancements around timelines and functionality through strong communication skills.
**What You Will Have:**
