Marketing Content Post-Production Project Manager

The Marketing Content Post-Production Project Manager role will: support the Marketing Content Post-Production Team Lead in the set-up and ongoing management of the In-house Content Post-Production Team projects for European sector, incl. establishment of the in-house procedures and ways of working, collaboration with other Marketing teams like In-house agency, Design or Production departments, and European Transformation Team deliver project management of specific mid- to low-level complexity Post-Production tasks (delivered by external EU partners and/or new In-house Content Editors Team). This position, together with the entire In-House Content Post-Production Team, will become a part of bigger PepsiCo EU Content Ecosystem. contribute to the best in class video content creative adaptation and versioning (incl TV commercials, online videos, or key visuals planned for diferent Brand Initiatives in the region) contribute in the most effective, efficient and kept in a timely manner way to Post-Production process in order to deliver creatives according to the agreed brief and in line with the annual EU Production Calendar interface with Business Units (BUs), Categories, In-house agency (Sips&Bites), Production, Content Engine Team, Marketing Procurement and Finance Teams as well as external stakeholders (mostly Production Houses but also European/Global agencies and platforms) Responsibilities Planning and providing Marketing Content Post-Production Lead with recommendation for maximum possible optimization scenarios of post-production scope planned to ensure: proper resources, minimal risks to delivery and efficient resource/time spend Daily project management (up to 15 simultenous projects) in close cooperation with Marketing Team (their localization scope and timelines), In-house Content Post-Production Team or/and central post-production partner(s) from brief to best-in-class creative adaptation delivery Cooperating with Content Post-production Team (mainly the Marketing Content Post-Production Editors) to ensure quality and effective support of processes depending on scope intensity Cooperating with the Central European Post-production partners to deliver proper project and Pepsico-dedicated resource planning. Interaction with other departments’ teams involved directly or in-directly into asset creation delivery, like: Marketing, Marketing Procurement, Content Engine Team, EE & WE Production, Media, Legal or Marketing Finance Teams Contributing to the deliver of creatives according to the process including timely distribution of creatives into Digital Asset Management platform while keeping all taxonomy related information at the highest quality level and serving a support for related requests to internal customers Monitoring post-production market environment for best practices and latest technologies to support continuous development of the capability and contribute to further process optimization. Contributing to the management of Production Calendars on a regular basis to ensure proper resource planning and risk mitigation Support in developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, across marketing teams and external partners/agencies Contribute and deliver reports through monitoring the number of requests, time spent, changes vs plan, etc. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in post-production (with big part of FMCG preferred) as project/account/traffic manager, ideally with experience in similar Inhouse Post-Production or Production/Content development studios on a Client’s side or bigger Porduction Houses (preferred, not mandatory) Experience working within a brand environment, incl. collaboration with Production houses, agencies and marketeers Min. Bachelor’s degree. Professional education in film production preferred but not mandatory if compensated by relevant work experience Strong communication skills and proficiency in English Strong understanding of post-production processes, editing, SFX as well as its global trends Succesfull experience in cross-market projects leadership and coordination (relevant, big, multi-market projects) Experience in multiple projects management of different scale within tight timings and resources Notice to Poland-based candidates: For the purpose of ensuring informed and transparent negotiations, those who advance to the interview stage will be provided with information regarding the initial level of renumeration for the position.
