Role and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

Strategic Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on results.Asset Development: Develop compelling content for various channels, including websites, social channels, CRM, PR, and marketing collaterals in accordance with global branding guidelinesBrand Management: Ensure consistency in brand identity messaging across all communication platforms and marketing materials.Digital Marketing: Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and CRM.Public Relations: Collaborate with PR lead in managing media relations, press releases, and PR events to enhance brand’s public image.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and corporate marketing to ensure cohesive communication strategies.Market Research: Collaborate with the Consumer and Market Insights Lead in analyzing market data to identify opportunities and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimization across channels

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related fieldMinimum of 6 years' experience in marketing communications, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic communication plans across various channels preferably from similar consumer goods industries, e-commerce, or marketing firmsExperience in advertising or PR agency preferredRelevant experience in developing and executing an integrated marketing plan in collaboration with internal teams and external agenciesExperience with data analysis and reportingEffective communication skillsProject management, cross-functional collaboration and leadershipMust be willing to work on-site daily at McKinley, Taguig
