Marketing Communication Specialist
Job Title: Marketing Communication SpecialistJob Description The Marketing team is a vibrant and collaborative group committed to amplifying the firm’s reach and impact. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a proactive, can-do attitude, and excels in both big-picture thinking and meticulous execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating marketing materials for A/E/C firms, working on award submissions, and will be a creative problem solver with exceptional collaboration skills. Responsibilities + Create compelling presentations and engaging qualifications, proposals, and award submissions using Adobe InDesign. + Collaborate with project teams to develop proposal narratives and scopes of work. + Update marketing collateral and project database. Essential Skills + Exceptional writing skills, with samples required to demonstrate proficiency. + Energetic and personable, with a strong willingness to collaborate across different departments. + Proven ability to multitask and meet project deadlines effectively. + Over 5 years of experience in a marketing or related role. + Proficiency in In-Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Word (Excel) is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other related fields. + Highly prefer experience in an architecture, interior design, or related industry. + Marketing management, Project management, Corporate communication. + Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals as they pertain to the architecture & design industry. + Comprehensive knowledge of firm’s practice, clientele, goals, policies, and procedures. + Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods. + Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to meet multiple deadlines while meeting quality standards and on-time delivery. May require overtime to meet deadlines, sometimes on short notice. + Highly organized with good time management skills. + Able to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines. + Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work well with partners, staff. + Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills. + Photography skill is a plus. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid schedule with work-from-home options on Fridays. The firm has over 210 staff members across three locations in NYC/LI, Boston, and Orlando, with multiple studios focusing on Commercial: Workplace, Retail, Banking & Healthcare. The dress code is business casual.
