Marketing & Communications Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions using Adobe InDesign.Collaborate with project teams to craft persuasive narratives and detailed scopes of work.Maintain and update marketing collateral, project descriptions, and the firm’s marketing database.Qualifications5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Excel.Preferred: Experience in the architecture, interior design, or related design industry.Solid understanding of marketing principles within the A/E/C industry.Familiarity with industry terminology and project delivery methods.Bonus: Photography skills and advanced graphic design capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
