**_Role Overview:_**
Skyhigh Security is seeking a high-performing Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Marketo marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, flawless program execution, and strong data governance across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, analytical, and passionate about leveraging technology to scale marketing performance.
Skyhigh Security is seeking a high-performing Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Marketo marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, flawless program execution, and strong data governance across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, analytical, and passionate about leveraging technology to scale marketing performance.
You will be responsible for managing our core marketing systems, ensuring leads flow into Salesforce, building scalable programs, improving data flows, enhancing funnel visibility, and enabling marketing and sales with the tools and insights needed to accelerate revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketo Platform Ownership & Program Execution**
+ Serve as the primary administrator for Marketo, owning platform configuration, program development, user management, and best-practice governance.
+ Build, launch, and optimize scalable Marketo programs (emails, scoring, nurturing, events, lifecycle flows, ABM workflows, and more).
+ Develop modular program templates and global processes to ensure consistency and repeatability across campaigns.
+ Manage Marketo–Salesforce integrations to ensure flawless lead flow, attribution tracking, and lifecycle mapping.
**Lead Management, Routing & Lifecycle Operations**
+ Own the end-to-end lead management framework between Marketo and Salesforce including lead capture, data enrichment, scoring, deduplication, and routing.
+ Build and maintain lifecycle and attribution programs including UTM tracking, gated content flows, and multi-touch lead attribution.
+ Partner closely with Sales Ops and RevOps to align routing logic, qualification processes, and funnel definitions.
**Data Quality, Governance & Compliance**
+ Maintain database hygiene within Marketo, ensuring accurate, complete, and properly segmented data synced with Salesforce.
+ Monitor and implement data quality standards, including enrichment, normalization, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
+ Conduct periodic audits of data flows, integrations, and compliance requirements in collaboration with data and legal teams.
**Reporting, Analytics & Insights**
+ Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that measure campaign performance, funnel progression, database health, and KPI trends.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and revenue impact.
+ Visualize data in clear, compelling formats for executive and cross-functional audiences.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership**
+ Work closely with demand generation, SalesOps, RevOps, and IT to deliver scalable marketing execution.
+ Lead cross-functional projects including system enhancements, new integrations, and process improvements.
+ Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and enablement for marketers across systems and processes.
+ Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tools and automation to improve execution speed and performance efficiency.
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have Experience**
+ 10-12+ years of Marketing Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
+ 7+ years hands-on Marketo experience, including program building, integrations, and database management.
+ 3-5+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) experience, including lead flow, campaign attribution, and reporting alignment.
+ Proven track record managing large datasets and maintaining strong data quality and hygiene.
+ Experience building and optimizing lead scoring, lead nurturing, routing frameworks, and lifecycle programs.
+ Strong project and program management skills—able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Technical & Professional Skills**
+ Adobe Marketo Certified Expert required
+ Salesforce certification is a plus.
+ Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, routing tools, or integration platforms is a plus.
+ Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and performance metrics.
+ Strong proficiency with dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
+ Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Marketing, Data Analytics or Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
+ Adobe Marketo Certified Expert - an essential to this role (Salesforce Certification is a plus).
+ 10-12 years minimum experience.
+ Ability to work partial U.S. work hours.
+ Obsessive attention to detail and fervor for metrics-based problem solving.
+ Results-oriented and committed to quality of product and processes.
+ Strong research skills and desire to learn about a wide range of topics.
+ Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead projects from conception to final execution with excellence.

+ Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadline .
