**Our cosmetics client is looking for a Marketing Assistant in New York NY** **Role: Marketing Assistant/Coordinator II** **Location: 501 West 30th Street New York NY 10001 United States** **Duration: 12+ months** **Rate: $24/hr on W2** **Job Description:** The Armani Marketing team is looking for a coordinator to assist with retail marketing responsibilities, supporting both makeup and fragrance categories. The coordinator will be responsible for the creation, ideation, and execution of Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase, in partnership with the makeup and fragrance category teams. **Responsibilities will include:** + Proposal of mixes for Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase + Looking through available inventory of bags/samples + Responsible for ordering new bags/accessories from global team + Briefing to local promo operations the sets and gifts with purchase mixes + Routing codes in the system for sets and gifts with purchase + Manage closely the sets timelines with promo operations and creative operations + Working with local creative teams and team in Paris on artwork creation + Working with trade marketing team on quantities needed Looking for someone with strong project management skills and operational skills.
