This role is well-suited for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in events management, marketing, or communications, and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to CBRE’s brand positioning as a market leader in real estate services. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of client-facing events, internal activations, and branded experiences that reflect CBRE’s values and strategic priorities. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** + Support in the planning, coordination and execution of client events (e.g. conference, private networking sessions, roundtables, VIP dinners) + Assist in logistical arrangements, including venue booking, vendor liaison, catering, AV requirements, and event registration + Prepare event materials such as programme agendas, name tags, briefing notes, and feedback forms + Coordinate with speakers, guests, and partners to ensure timely delivery of event requirements + Support the development and implementation of attendee engagement strategies to enhance client experience and drive participation + Identify opportunities for improvement in event execution to deliver greater value to clients + Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and post-event debriefs + Be an active contributor by sharing your thoughts, opinions, and ideas **WHAT YOU WILL NEED** + Must have existing work authorization to work in Singapore + Diploma or Degree holders with at least 2 years of relevant experience in events and/or marketing and communications + Able to commit full-time (5-day work week) from almost immediately to mid-December 2025 with flexibility to work in a hybrid mode (remote and in-office as required) + Strong organizational and planning skills + Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and make sound judgements and decisions + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Good verbal and written communication skills in English + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn + Meticulous attention to detail is essential **WHY CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
