Job Summary

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator for Siemens Energy Real Estate, you will play a keyrole in supporting global communicationsinitiatives within the Performance Excellence department. Yourprimary responsibilities include managing and maintaining essential communication platforms, organizingand developing internal and stakeholder communications, as well as coordinating employee meetings anddeliverables to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support the management and upkeep of the global Real Estate SharePoint (intranet), VivaEngage page, RE stakeholder database, RE distribution lists, and the company newsletter tool (YESPRESS).

Assist in maintaining and monitoring the global RE communications and training calendar and verify scheduling when new global events are planned. 


Coordinate schedules, manage internal team deadlines, and gather required input formajor events such as quarterly team meetings, monthly management updates, and the annual offsite conference.

Support the preparation and scheduling of global employee meetings and training sessions in Outlook and Teams, following established templates and protocols. 


Collaborate with the Real Estate team to create and share engaging content—including stories, photos, videos, and updates—in Viva Engage that showcase RE’s vision, projects, and value prop

Design and update graphics and slides for PowerPoint presentations, ensuring all materials adhere to company branding guidelines.

Proofread and perform quality checks on content to confirm accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

Education (HS Diploma,
Under/Graduate Degree, etc.)              Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or a
related field


Business Experience (prior years’
work/related experience)                     At least three years of experience in marketing, communications, copywriting, or similar professional                                                             roles, preferably in a large, global company.


Language Skills                                  Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, the ability to write routine                                                              reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group                                                                situations.


Technical Qualifications & Skills           Outstanding attention to detail, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.


                                                        Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.


                                                        Experience with or a willingness to learn AI tools, moderate SharePoint site administration (with                                                                    templates provided), and project management or planning tools such as Planner or JIRA.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop,
kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Use of office equipment on site

Work Environment

Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work
environment is considered normal
