Marketing, Project Coordinator
Job Description This role will assist in establishing early execution processes of our new AI-driven programs, ensuring seamless orchestration of merchandising across the web and app. They will partner closely with cross functional teams to support new targeted program capabilities triggered by our new segmentation engine—supporting retargeting, distressed inventory, cross-sell, loyalty-driven, and behavior-based program. They will primarily be responsible for managing ongoing seamless promotional execution from start to finish, including but not limited to spearheading timeline execution, briefing content with the creative agency, brainstorming merchandising strategies, and developing relationships with key partners. This person will own end-to-end planning and execution for all web and app merchandising workstreams within the PCP Automation Program and support cross-functional coordination. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years in technical project management, digital product management, or ecommerce platform management. • Strong experience with CMS systems, or enterprise e-commerce environment  • Experience managing creative development workflows, including collaboration with creative agencies, designers, and content teams Experience partnering with technical and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences across ecommerce platforms
