The Market Sales Manager plays a crucial role in this mission. The Market Sales Manager is responsible for successful deliverance of yearly top line budgets in the market through collaboration with the National Accounts and Food Service teams, utilizing resources within the market to secure new business, grow existing accounts, and prioritize developing a team of high performing individuals.
ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Retention: Collaborate with the Key Distributors, Sales Representatives and Account Managers in the market to help develop their networks and meet new business targets for the market.
Execute the Outbound Sales Strategies to create and actively manage and convert a target list of accounts – replacing target accounts once they’ve been won Generate additional sales for the entire market through mentorship, connections and guidance Develop and maintain a close relationship with the top 20 - 25 groups and accounts in the Market Organize quarterly meetings and prepare content to review results with key clients and contacts
Collaborate with the National Account Manager & Food Service Team: Effectively utilizing the resources in the market to help win and support national accounts and food service accounts.
Talent & Culture: Work in tandem with the Hospitality team to effectively communicate department goals while simultaneously growing and developing a future generation of managers and leaders.

The salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $122,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
